new gutters - poor workmanship
I had new gutters installed 2 years ago with a mesh. Everything seems to be ok until this year. I started noticing rusted screws on gutters and dropping water from gutters' ends. I paid extra for the mesh so I do not have to go on the roof but this year I happened to go on the roof and I spotted 2 gutter's corners not covered with a mesh. I have followed up with the company; they made me fill a request form which I did, but after 2 follow ups I did.. nothing. I am seriously considering to file a complain at BBB.
