End of the Roll Vernon

We have used End of Roll on two occasions. Both installs were great! Our latest install needed to be cost effective and had a time restraint involved. Barry (assessment and quote) & Rick (installer) were awesome. Everything was done perfectly, on-time and on-cost (no hidden fees... ; ) I've already recommended End of Roll to friends. THANKS END OF ROLL!

Carpet has stretched in both bedrooms, first it was no charge . Sent one person around whom looked at problem and went away. After 3 months of complaints and visits finally agreed to send crew to fix. Took one hour to re-stretch carpets. This guy is a contractorand he explained the installation was to blame for stretching. Took out 2 inches!
The only good reviews I would say are sent in by End of Roll. Not a member of BBB. Take a tip from the real people. GO ELSEWHERE

Everytime I have to put in carpeting I always go to End of the Roll -- a habit I picked up from my parents. One time I went somewhere else, and the service wasn't even comparable. And End of the Roll they cater to your needs, even going so far as to specially order some carpeting for me from a competitor's catalogue!
