We did quite a bit of research on models, features, performance and ratings to find our new kitchen appliances. After getting pricing from the competitors including Sears, Trail, Home Depot and Coast Wholesale we were advised to give Lucky a try. I was very impressed with Lucky's knowledge of his products. I asked quite a few questions on features and performance partly to test Lucky's knowledge and partly to learn some new things. He answered every question accurately right off the top of his head which impressed me. He also steered us towards smarter selections in a few cases. Then he gave us the prices and they were very good too! So we decided to give Lucky our business.
Now, the rest of the story. My recent experience with the competitors has not been great and I have gotten the impression that retail Major Appliance dealers no longer support their customers after the sale. My own experience with Trail supported this, and I believe even Home Depot return policy for Major Appliances is not as generous as you might think. Nowadays, it seems that most dealers deliver the goods and then don't want to hear from you if there is a problem. So, I was worried when, as we were about to install our new dishwasher we found significant shipping damage to the frame that interfered with the door, damage that we didn't spot on delivery. So, I contacted Lucky and explained the problem and they responded in the old-school way that we expect from a great dealer, and now we have a new dishwasher with no damage. Very impressive. I am happy to recommend Lucky Appliances to others.
