Acclaimed! Heating, Cooling & Furnace Cleaning

This was a servicing and cleaning prior to taking possession of a home I have just purchsed in Beaumont.
Kevin and Ryan were knowledgable, helpful and very polite. They made it a pleasure to do business with Acclaim and I will give Acclaim my business in the future.
Aditionally, Kevin observed that the furnace was not working (it's July so I had no idea and the home inspector had apparently missed it) and fixed the problem with a replaced fuse at no charge. Now I realize fuses are cheap, and that I had $460 worth of work performed in the home, but it really saved me a lot of hassle and difficulty to have the problem identified and resolved all in the same visit as the other work that was performed. Three cheers for these guys :)

We have called on Acclaimed! several times over the past couple of years for a variety of services, including humidifier installation, furnace duct cleaning and installation of a new furnace and air conditioning unit, and have been very happy with the quality of materials and services provided. As a smaller, family operated business, Acclaimed has been exceptional in terms of communication and commitment to customer service.

Phone calls to the office have always been received in a friendly and helpful manner. Work was always completed thoroughly when promised and for the price quoted. We appreciated Al's efforts to thoroughly explain options and pricing and follow up with visits and communications to ensure that we were happy with completed work each time.

We had a humidifier installed on our old furnace in December, 2013. We booked in advance but it ended up being a very cold day (busy one for the furnace industry!) The installer was thorough and informative and did a good job.

We again called upon Acclaimed to replace our furnace in December, 2014. A crew came in to clean furnace ducts a few days prior, and then Charles and his crew worked confidently and efficiently to install the new furnace in a matter of hours. The new system provides quiet and even heating and we've been very happy with it so far.

The last phase of our heating/cooling upgrade was to add an air conditioning unit in May 2015. There have already been several hot days this summer, and needless to say, we are really enjoying this addition.

In summary, our experiences with Acclaimed! have been very good. We'd definitely recommend this friendly and professional local company!

I had used Acclaimed for furnace cleaning many years ago (different house) and was very impressed with them, which is why I specifically decided to use them again this time. Kevin and Ryan called ahead and were prompt in keeping the appointment. Kevin was very friendly and it was great that he was able to fix my furnace door (it was always coming off and did not seem to fit properly)- thanks Kevin! I felt that Acclaimed did a good job in cleaning my furnace and ducts. However, there are a few of things that I would like to point out that I feel could be improved upon. The duct cleaning was advertised as Power Brush and Whip, but during my appointment I was told that the Power Brush will not be used, as it is not needed and often gets stuck in the ducts. If that is the case, then the service should not be advertised as such. Also, the service is advertised as "furnace cleaned and tuned up". While the furnace was cleaned, I do not feel that it was tuned up. Blowing the inside of the furnace compartment with compressed air and wiping down the cabinet is not a tune up. Other companies I had used in the past removed and cleaned the burner assembly, removed, cleaned and set the pilot, as well as inspected cleaned the thermocouple. None of that was done here. Also, regarding the 20 point visual inspection, I was thinking that I would see a checklist of some sort, but instead I was told that the furnace "looks good". Perhaps my expectations are too high in regards to the furnace tune up and inspection. But overall, I am satisfied with the cleaning and felt that Kevin was friendly and left things neat and tidy when he was finished.

Ed Patenaude did excellent work, was onetime and did what he said he would do and more. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs furnace work done. The price was inline with other quotes and the work quality was superb.

The service was excellent. Kevin and Ryan were on time, even a little early and completed the job fast and efficient. They were very nice and left the premises very clean. I would recommend their service.

They were a little late due to some truck changes they had to make before leaving their office. I appreciate the phone call letting me know of the delay. Very polite and professional, I would recommend them.

After an initial frustrating scheduling conflict, the service was performed to my full satisfaction. The personnel led by Rob Closson was friendly and efficient. The was no dirt or dust and they left my Apartment clean and tidy. Thank you for a job well done.

I found this company's employees to be very professional. Their timeline to complete work was completely adhered to. The new products are of high value and when work was completed, the work area was cleaned and all old furnaces and humidifiers were disposed of. Many thanks to Charles for his explanation of new controls and future maintenance for myself. Thank you!

Both office staff and Keven/Ryan were very helpful and professional. They came on time, did an excellent job in a two-hour timespan. I think this was excellent considering the amount of work to be done by them. I will certainly use Acclaimed! again. Many thanks for all your hard work.
