We have called on Acclaimed! several times over the past couple of years for a variety of services, including humidifier installation, furnace duct cleaning and installation of a new furnace and air conditioning unit, and have been very happy with the quality of materials and services provided. As a smaller, family operated business, Acclaimed has been exceptional in terms of communication and commitment to customer service. Phone calls to the office have always been received in a friendly and helpful manner. Work was always completed thoroughly when promised and for the price quoted. We appreciated Al's efforts to thoroughly explain options and pricing and follow up with visits and communications to ensure that we were happy with completed work each time. We had a humidifier installed on our old furnace in December, 2013. We booked in advance but it ended up being a very cold day (busy one for the furnace industry!) The installer was thorough and informative and did a good job. We again called upon Acclaimed to replace our furnace in December, 2014. A crew came in to clean furnace ducts a few days prior, and then Charles and his crew worked confidently and efficiently to install the new furnace in a matter of hours. The new system provides quiet and even heating and we've been very happy with it so far. The last phase of our heating/cooling upgrade was to add an air conditioning unit in May 2015. There have already been several hot days this summer, and needless to say, we are really enjoying this addition. In summary, our experiences with Acclaimed! have been very good. We'd definitely recommend this friendly and professional local company!
