We booked a furnace inspection and duct cleaning for an old furnace in a recently purchased home. Ed found a hole in the heat exchanger, which he had me take a look at through his camera, and explained the risk of CO inhalation. We had Dan come to give us a quote on a new furnace. He listened to what we were looking for, and suggested a very reasonable replacement furnace, and within a week of the inspection, we had a new furnace. The installers were very easy to talk to, and worked efficiently throughout the day. The cost of the inspection was applied towards the cost of the new furnace.
