Our AC unit stopped working about 3 weeks ago. We called another company first to come out and assess and repair the problem, but they quoted me over $2000 for repair of a leak they suspected. I then called Acclaimed Heating for a second opinion. When I spoke with Keven, he was very good at explaining how their company assesses problems differently then other companies. I was please the hear that I wasn't going to get dinged with an expensive bill right off the bat. When the service manager, Ed, came to assess my AC, he was excellent at explaining all of the issues at hand and options on the course of actions we can take. He was honest and very professional with his assessment and recommendations on the repair. He was able to fix our AC unit and had it up and running very efficiently. The cost of the repair was less than 1/4 of what I got quoted from the first company I dealt with. I would recommend Acclaimed 100%. My parents bought a new furnace and installed by Acclaimed a few years ago and were extremely happy with everything.
