These guys are very professional and do amazing work! Dan, our sales rep came out to our house first and was not pushy at all! He took the time to explain absolutely everything to us. He never tried to rush the process and always made sure we understood everything. He gave us all the options we had and his recommendations. Dan even came back with the owner of the company to answer some questions that my wife had, She always has lots of questions!
On the day of the install, the guys showed up on time and were very particular in their work. their workmanship was like work you just don't see very much anymore these days. They took their time and made sure everything looked nice and placed the unit were we wanted it. (We had a few places come out and told us it couldn't go there). After the installation was complete they ran through everything with my wife ( I was out of town) and explained/showed her how everything works. Once I returned they did a follow up call to make sure I knew how it all worked and went over some maintenance tips with me.
They also did a follow up call in the fall to ensure we were happy with our unit.
Overall these guys do amazing work and are very personable. I would highly recommend them to anyone I know and will definitely be using them in the future for all my heating and cooling needs!
