We had Ed come out to inspect our 20+ year old furnace. He came and explained what we could do to help the furnace make it a couple of years more. Also, at no extra charge he hooked up our humidifier that was disconnected before we moved in. He was fantastic. Everything he did, he explained to us. He also explained what they would have to do if we needed to get a new furnace in the future. Very helpful.
