310 Dump Waste Management Ltd

310 dump provided us a bin service and has damaged our property. They now are being troublesome about taking responsibility for the damages. We have met with the C.E.O., the City of Calgary Police Department , and are now registering complaints with the local B.B.B. To this point nothing has been settelled. Take care in how you are served! As of February 28, 2013, we have been given a check to pay for the replacement of our garage door. However there is an outstanding problem with overbilling on our accounts. We have taken this up with their accounting department, and as of todays date have not had the problem resolved.

I am pleased that waste management has a recycling pick up at our location. We have a regular waste bin and a cardboard only bin and within the cardboard only bin we are able to place our recycling into the bin and they will dispose of it. They are always on time and have never been late and if there are any issues with regard to service we are always notified in advance.

Be carefull renting from this company . When i rented a bin they told me the contract is for a minimum 5 day rental for $299. What they don't tell you is they include drop off and pick up as 2 days. So after dropping off the bin late tuesday and picking it up early saturday the actual period is really only 3 days. There was also an additional charge of $ 44.55 on the bill for who knows what. ( hidden charges ) There are other dumpster rental companies in calgary that provide much greater service. While talking to customer service ( oxy-moron ) they seemed not very interested at all. I've rented many times ( cars , tools , other dumpsters etc. ) and it is allways based on the hour of the day you receive the product ! BEWARE OF THE DECEPTION !

Having purchased an older home a year and a half ago we have had two occasions to make use of this service. The bins were delivered exactly when we were told they would be and placed carefully on our driveway. The driver was friendly and informative. He told us just how far we could fill the bins, what could not be placed in them and approximately what our tonnage charges would likely be. When it came time to have the bin removed it took only a quick call to the company and it was off our property within a few hours.
We were very pleased.

I had renovation debris from a kitchen (floor tile, wall tile, old cabinetry, counters, a wall removed, plaster and lath, etc.) which was too much for a rhinobag or equivalent, so it was time finally to rent a dumpster. This was my first experience. Their call center agents are very professional, and the driver was courteous, on-time, and was diligent in positioning the dumpster to maximize our efficiency. Pricing, as I've compared with other reviews, is similar to other bin rental companies. I will use them again.

Very good customer service from the first phone call to arrange for an estimate, to the actual trash removal. However, when getting an estimate for price, there's lots of room for negotiation so don't take their initial offer. their estimate was $450, but we got them down to $315 and probably could've gone lower.

I called 310-dump and they came out and did an estimate the next day and removed my huge pile of lawn trash the same day.

They did everything over the phone while I was at work. They even raked up all the leaves and twigs! Can't Complain. I called a few places and their prices seem to be about the same as everyone else.

We just had our house renovated and there were quite debris left behind. When we called 310-Dump, their customer service agent helped us to choose the most suitable service to get rid of our junk. We ordered their full service and the guys were here exactly as they promised. And these guys showed up with tidy uniform and were very polite. Although my husband and I had a lot of questions, they were very patient to answer all our questions. After we agreed on the price, they loaded all the debris within 1.5 hr. And they even swipped my driveway afterward. Lastly, we even received the follow up call from their customer service department to appreciate our business. What a service ! I think they worth every penny we spent and we will recommend them to all our friends and anyone who needs junk removal. Great job 310-Dump !!!!!!!

310-Dump Waste Management was awesome to deal with. I called this company because I just did a reno on my kitchen & bathroom... and not sure of what I needed. When I called 310-DUMP, the customer service rep was polite and helped me choose the services that were best for me and my situation. I went with a 10 yard bin, which included 2 tonnes of dumping. 310-Dump worked with my tight timeline - getting the bin on site, and dumped was quick and efficient. The driver was super friendly! No EXTRA fees were incurred.... pricing was fair, service great!! I definitely recommend this company!!!!

We had called 310-DUMP for a bin to place some dirt from our backyard. They delivered the bin, made me sign a waver that they don't give copies of, marked on the bin how much we could fill it, took $300 cash and a visa number. On the invoice its stated to cost $294 for 2 tones and anything over will cost us $95 dollars per tone. WE filled the bin half way and called the company for a pick. They came and refused to pick it up and now charged us extra $135 dollars to send another truck. Took $200 deposit from my visa and charged additional $57 to the visa. So all together it costed $700, and plus we had to take the dirt out of the bin which is sitting on the side of the house now. Don't give your visa to this company and don't sign anything. WE could have paid $500 for a bin and a crew to dig, but 310 was recomended to us which I will tell everybody not use. They take money from you. They also trick you into putting more stuff in the bin so that they can overcharge you. Listen to me don't go with 310-DUMP. Driver told us to fill it to the line that he marked which after taking a lot of dirt out of the bin still costed $257. BAsically $ 300 was only to come and deliever empty bin top your house. THE WORST SERVICE EVER. I'm sick to my stomach and called these people that I have recommended 310 to not to use them. I'd lioke to put it on the news and warn everybody about 310 DUMP
