Keating construction was hired to complete roof repair. The contract was for the entire roof as well as clean up. The roof repair was done during the winter of 2018. Payment was made promptly. A snow storm took place during the roofing job making it difficult to clean the debris. It was agreed that the company would return in the spring for clean up. When spring arrived, the melted snow revealed a huge mess. The company would not return for clean up. My husband and I looked after removal ourselves since it was beginning to blow into the neighboring yards. In August of 2019, a rain storm revealed a leak in the roof. The company finally came out to look at the issue in October 2019 after repeated phone texts and calls. They discovered the leak and advised they would be back to fix it, but didn't come back. I contacted them again in December 2019 and again in March 2020. Still no attempt to fix the roof. I contacted them again September 2020. The contractor promised to come but then ghosted us once again. There has been no attempt to call or follow through with this job. He abandoned us the minute he was paid for the job. We do not recommend this company.

I contracted this company to build me a rough up 2 story garage. Was suppose to be done in 6 weeks, turned into 6 months and left with job not finished and he sued me for almost 19,000 for his mistakes and going over on materials. Anyone with any brains could understand that a rough up has no finished interior and to go over by that much in materials is not right. Also this has nothing to do with the cost of the foundation which was a separate cost and labour, this was just the material for the structure. Very poor contractor, was never around, when there were problems and I called he would ask me how it happened. Forgot skylights, put in after roof done and charged me to replace shingles, also put in wrong skylights, build first floor wall 1 foot short then fixed it by building it 11 inches now too high, charged me for materials, inspector wouldn't approve of wall and had to hire engineer to approve it and tried to charge me for his mistakes and all extra lumber. Put siding on wrong, pieces falling off. Didn't finish job, left 10 tanden truck loads of fill in yard, put deck support in wrong spot, cracked door frame, missed wall studs, put on dormer shingles wrong, falling off. put hole in second floor, was going to poor floor in one corner only 1 inch thick, many mistakes I caught and were fixed but not all, never would have if I wasn't there. Still owes me for $550.00 for me ordering parts and winterizing his seadoo watercraft. I have numerous taped messages supporting these problems and pictures. Charged my Visa 2 times, one without consent $17,000 and the other $10,000 for materials but charged it to Marc Allens Mens Spa. Left garbage in yard. Can go on and on. I do not recommend these people and have a lawyer look over your contract to protect yourself,
