Washing machine leaking. Made an appointment and technician arrive within 15 minutes of scheduled window. Diagnosed problem, went and got part and machine was fixed within an hour. Really good service!!

Our front load washer started pouring water. Called ATA Appliance Services on Saturday afternoon and a repairman came in 30 minutes, had it fixed in under an hour and charged us a fair price. It's so helpful to know there are companies who have efficient staff who can come out on weekends.

I phoned to see if someone could fix my dryer today. Every place I called was booking 2-5 days in advance.. ATA came within a couple of hours and fixed our dryer in no time flat. Very pleasant,effieient service.. Thanks! i would highly recommend this individual.

Atta knew the problem immediately (LG drain pump motor- common problem) had the parts with him when he showed up on time and worked quickly to replace the drain pump. Felt his price was fair compared to other appliance repair companies that I've hired. I would recommend ATA Appliance repair to others with the same "LG washer won't drain or spin" problem.

Having had a few problems with my new samsung appliances A.T.A came to fix the the problems. He always called to let me know the part had arrived and came within 30 minutes to fix the appliances. He always explained what needed to be done, a very friendly guy who I highly recommend

ATA Appliance was fantastic. After calling in the repair, they arrived on-site within an hour. Service was friendly and efficient, and the washer was up and running shortly after. I will contact again!

I left a voice mail in a morning and received a call back from Ata about an hour later. He was able to provide me with exact steps to troubleshoot the issue over the phone knew exactly what I needed. He ordered necessary parts right away and came in to fix it as soon as he received the parts (which was a few days later the phone call). Usually a company charges a visit to assess the issue and then come back to fix it, but he did all in one visit, which saved us a lot of money. I totally recommend him!

I contacted ATA because of the reviews on this site. It took several days for him to show up and when he did he commenced to repair something that was not even broken. When I called him back to tell him that the fridge was still warming up, all he wanted to comment on was the noise. Once we got past that and he showed up to replace another part, he expected full payment including for the part he installed unnecessarily. Bottom line here is that the fridge is already warming up again after less than 30 days and I will not be calling ATA to repair once again as they are not properly qualified to be doing what they are doing and don't listen to their customers.

Prompt Service. ATA travelled down to SW Calgary and fixed my LG washer. Others said 'No, we don't fix LG'. ATA was efficient, polite, and I like the fact that troubleshooting was done with the electronics. After fixing the sensor, the washer worked perfectly and very reasonable price. Thanks ATA!!
