Atta knew the problem immediately (LG drain pump motor- common problem) had the parts with him when he showed up on time and worked quickly to replace the drain pump. Felt his price was fair compared to other appliance repair companies that I've hired. I would recommend ATA Appliance repair to others with the same "LG washer won't drain or spin" problem.

We decided to upgrade almost all the appliances in our 15 year old home and had shopped around at other stores like Sears and Atlas. Walking into the Trail showroom was a relief. The sales man was not pushy and very knowledgable. I was impressed when he steered us away from a higher priced laundry pair in order to save almost 50% (with rebates etc) off a "last years" clearance model pair that were basically identical to the pair we were going to buy. Everyone at Trail from the sales man, to the customer service people to the delivery guys were great! We will definately return to Trail!
