Although Darren in sales was great and came across with integrity and honesty, everything after that was shoddy and unprofessional.
I realize that installation of ductless units in an older home can be challenging, but the crew NovelCare sent out to do the install did SO MUCH DAMAGE to our baseboards and walls that our living room and home office look, in places, like a rage room - with scuffs up the wall and attempts to secure the wire INTO the baseboard as opposed to the wall adjacent to it. Oh, and I forgot to add that two of the four unit installs were done incorrectly. One unit had to be replaced eventually through warranty.
What's EVEN WORSE is how the company responded to us. They basically ignored us. We asked over a period of weeks to speak to someone in management - and they refused to pass on our concerns. We went to the Better Business Bureau - and they were not truthful with BBB about how they were addressing the matter. (They reported to BBB that they tried to contact us. Really?) Finally, we were able to speak to someone "in charge." She was upset by our "escalation" to BBB but assured us that she was monitoring the case all along. She then informed us that they took the pictures we sent them to their lawyers and since their lawyers said "Not responsible!", they felt they didn't need to do anything more. After that, they stopped responding to further calls and emails.
DO NOT work with these folks. They talk a good game, but they do NOT deliver.
There are other reputable companies out there who could use the business.
