New boiler & Ductless air conditioning system installation
Novel Care - Darren and crew, were selected by my husband and I to replace our Old boiler and Ductless air conditioner system. I had analysed other companies, had quotes and was given a referral by another happy client before selecting Novelcare (I looked at equipment quoted and price, removal/installation etc. and reputation for any subsequent service needs) .
We are very satisfied with the end results (especially now!). The old system was removed quickly and cleanly, and the new system installed efficiently by there crew. They were two a man, polite and efficient. The cost was fair and reasonable. I had to make a call to "tweak" the system, the time-slot agreed and He was early!
