Great experience from beginning to end. The sales consultant, Andrew,was knowledgeable and explained their products and our options clearly. We did not feel pressured and there were no surprises when they came to install our Boiler,The installers, Alex and Ryan, were also knowledgeable and very professional. They answered any questions we had and walked us through the operation of the unit after installation. Would highly recommend the NovelCare team and we look forward to dealing with them for our A/C purchase/installation next spring.
