Houde Mechanical Heating & Cooling

These guys decided to make up the designs and locked the vents open upstairs and downstairs. Can't close or open vents cause they put screws in each register. The barbq attachment doesn't fit any barbq I can buy and rooms are completely different temps. They did not program my thermostat for heat pump and wrote a note not to use my HRV unless it's fall or spring..... My heat pump is loose on bracket and moves around outside waiting for that to leak..... Soo bad!
