We ordered a spiral staircase. Great, sturdy installation. This Company was sourced by our landscaper who we trusted. However, the quality of the workmanship was not what we expected. Surfaces and joints are not as smooth as we would have liked. It just may be normal that working with steel in general is not easy and the pieces have scuffed looking, irregular/bumpy surfaces? I am just shocked at the final product when I see much nicer surfaces before on galvanized steel. It looks cheap and the handiwork looks poor like a kindergartener was paid to build it out of Plasticine/Play Doh. However, the installation seems to be fine and from a far, it does look acceptable.
