pretty slow work and lacks ability to confidently make a decision consistently same reply was not his area of specialty it was up to my or some architect or engineer not sure why we just didn't deal with that person, if your business has your name but you cant make the decision are you just working for the actual decision maker? no knowledge on how to electronic or web based software or find information or use the web, this was most odd especially in the year we live in,- sorry but this is when its time to retire, if you can't be up to date with technology -you're in the wrong time zone
