A Gallery Of Floors

I would not recommend gallery of floors. The installer damaged my subfloor, cabinets, and furniture. Shaun the owner refused to provide any compensation for these damages. The installer was very nice but lacked knowledge, did not have any help, drop sheets, and borrowed my contractors tools. When I complained about the tile dust and saw dust I was asked if he could use my bed sheets. My contractor lent him his drop sheets. The hardwood I paid for, Shaun refused to release it to me until I paid his exorbitant bill for incomplete work. I paid his bill and then I was shorted almost 200 square feet. I was told they would ship it to me when they got it. I was then told it would be left outside on the street and myself or anyone on my behalf was not allowed in the store. I am not sure whether it was my call to the rcmp or my email to mercier flooring in Quebec but hopefully I get my hardwood tommorrow,
So I can have someone come install my flooring. Don't make my mistake I just moved here and did not know any better, wish I had spoken to a few people first.

We initially got a quote to replace the flooring in the kitchen only, and then when we actually got around to doing the work, added another room. They let us do much of the prep work and told us how to do it, and then did the install for us. The flooring is great and the install was done quickly and on time. Sometimes it is hard to get contractors to come out of town, but Gallery didn't have any problems with helping us even though we are 20 minutes out of town.

The came in on a week day, so i was a little concerned about having to work. The workers were great with letting me know what time they would be there so i could let them in, they were extremely fast, and locked everything up after they were done. I was amazed at how courteous and trustworthy they were. The price was a little on the high end, but the service and quality made up for it. I would definitely recommend this company to all of my friends and family if they were looking to get floors done!

I loved that the sales person helped us find the perfect product as we had no idea what we wanted or need and we found flooring we didn't even know was available to us. He was friendly helpful and informative and we are extremely satisfied!
