I've used Ram before to clean a silk carpet and was very happy with the results. So I called them to clean 4 chairs and a recliner that have never been cleaned. Geoff and Daniel arrived when they said they would. Geoff was very friendly and professional. We just had our hardwood floors refinished and the guys were very careful. They didn't rush the cleaning job either, they went over the chairs until they were as good as new. I will definitely use Ram again.

It was fast and easy to book the appointment with the office. The gentleman was on time and did a great job. He was conscious of the fact I had pets and kids and was able to get it done in a fast and effective manner. My new go-to!

It had been over two years since our carpets had been cleaned (we have two toddlers if that gives you an idea of how badly they needed it). I looked up reviews for Ram cleaning services and carpet cleaning and decided to give them a try! They were very helpful in giving me a quote over the phone and booking us in on the exact date I was looking for. The quote was accurate, they called before arrival and I was very impressed with how professional they were, how quickly it was done and the quality of cleaning. To say the least my husband and I are very happy and can see the carpets true colour again!

We needed our mattress cleaned professionally so it could be returned under warranty to the manufacturer. Easy peasy. Great job, great price - the mattress looked like new when the technician left and the mattress was accepted for a warranty claim.

We purchased the Ram Carpet Cleaning four room package in early December. We spoke with Cassandra and she was incredibly helpful and accomodating with our requests. Technician Jeff was on time and did a fabulous job and didn't take near as long as I thought.

Very happy with Ram! I called 8 different companies for a carpet cleaning quote (we had a total of 3 levels cleaned at two different houses). Ram quoted me $430 (final cost came in around $500 for both houses based on actual size); all the other companies quoted me $640-$800! The Ram service guys were prompt and efficient, and assured me that their products were pet-friendly and safe for our two dogs and cat to walk on. The carpets looked and smelled great afterwards. It was so much easier and faster than renting a carpet cleaning machine and spending all day doing it ourselves, like we've done in the past. I also really appreciated Ram's scheduling flexibility. They were able to book us in on short notice, several other companies that I spoke with said they wouldn't be able to get us in for 1-2 weeks.

Quick, professional and they cleaned up everything nicely after cleaning out our wood fireplace chimney. We are going to have them back to clean the ducts, dryer vent and furnace soon.

From booking our appointment, the reminder call the day before, the furnace cleaning service, to the follow up, polite, friendly employees. Ram's furnace cleaner arrived on time and did a great job. Our furnace had not been cleaned for a few years, runs like new. Will definitely be making this a yearly service call.
