Very happy with Ram! I called 8 different companies for a carpet cleaning quote (we had a total of 3 levels cleaned at two different houses). Ram quoted me $430 (final cost came in around $500 for both houses based on actual size); all the other companies quoted me $640-$800! The Ram service guys were prompt and efficient, and assured me that their products were pet-friendly and safe for our two dogs and cat to walk on. The carpets looked and smelled great afterwards. It was so much easier and faster than renting a carpet cleaning machine and spending all day doing it ourselves, like we've done in the past. I also really appreciated Ram's scheduling flexibility. They were able to book us in on short notice, several other companies that I spoke with said they wouldn't be able to get us in for 1-2 weeks.
