Purchased a couple thermostats, went back to site and realized I already had them. Went to return the items 20 minutes after purchase (unopened obviously). When I walked in the owner said "I'm not interested in any f-ing returns" and refused to give my money back. After some debating, he finally gave me only 70% of my money back for the "hassle". I didn't realize good customer service was a hassle.
