9 windows replaced and couldn't be happier
Worked with Jason and purchased 9 replacement windows. Jason was great to work with, very responsive and flexible to our needs. He made appropriate recommendations and suggestions when asked and took the time to explain the process. The measuring guy was very pleasant and so was the work crew. They were efficient, friendly, and as clean as they could be with this kind of work. They used drop mats and did a good job of cleaning up the space swept and vacuumed. The windows are great value for the price. We are very pleased with the outcome. Our neighbors all commented how good the windows look and how they modernized our home. We will use Award again in future when we want to replace other windows or install new ones. Three of the windows were caulked not as neatly as the day was coming to an end and the crew was tired. We weren't satisfied with that part so we raised the concern and Jason immediately without hassle confirmed that Award will come back and make it right. I highly recommend Award Windows and Jason, it was a great experience.
