I had a garage in the back yard bordering a laneway. The garage was an old wooden building that was threatening to collapse from age and rot.
We decided to demolish it and replace it with a car port and yard fence resulting in a larger back yard that doubled as place to entertain friends and securely park the car.
I have used Acadian many times in the past so called them for this job. The work is top notch and the the yard looks great. The only minor complaint is the communication about when things would be completed was not the best. But in the end, we are very pleased with the result.

- Better communication. Waiting for a phone call about when someone was coming to do work is frustrating.
- Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
- Ask lots of questions and be proactive about communications.
