We had a small leak after a very hard rain. I asked for some quotes but we were away for a short trip.
The Deluca person had called for us - before I could call him back he was in the area and stopped in.
I showed him the area and he went up to look - commented that the shingles were still good and it was likely just a quick flashing fix - which he then took a few minutes to fix - at no charge.
I really appreciate when a contractor is not only honest to admit if work isnt required but also if they have the depth of knowledge to know what was wrong and then knowing it was such a quick fix & not charging. This was a relief and i want to let people know this is a very good company to deal with.

Stripped off old shingles, installed underlayment, extra vents, new shingles and flashing. Did some very nice custom eavestrough work to resolve some longstanding issues. Good work, we are pleased with the job!
