Hawthorne Kitchens (Kingston)

Hawthorne Kitchens removed our old countertops and installed a quartz countertop. From our initial meeting with Cindy, the designer, to the install with Adam, Quint and Matos we were totally impressed. AJ kept us informed and everyone showed up when scheduled. Even Matt and Jimmy appeared at the perfect moment to re-install the plumbing. An absolutely amazing team of professionals. We are thrilled.

High quality products and impressive craftsmanship! I could not be happier with my experience and the final product. The designer was extremely helpful and knowledgable. Scott, Adam, and Andrew did our installation and were very professional and friendly. They took care of everything with a meticulous attention to detail. Scott also took the time to walk us through the best ways to take care of our new kitchen (cleaning products etc.) which was much appreciated.

Designers looked after all of my needs and concerns, delivery and installation was on schedule and very professional. Quality of materials and workmanship shows in every detail! Highly recommend using Hawthorne Kitchens for all of your custom cabinet and countertop needs!

A few hiccups during the planning and installing process. After several attempts to contact them, I have now been waiting for one year to have someone look at a flaw. I called October 2016, January 2017 and the owner finally called me back in September 2017 and said the problem would be resolved. It is now almost December 2017 and I have not heard from anyone

Designer Leslie excellent. Scheduling terrible extending the promised length of job. Huge things needed redoing: floor and Corian countertop. No attempt made to match pattern in Corian. Poor quality workmanship. Unhappy staff.

Very professional designer.assisted us in selection of materials,etc.
Ran into the normal delays that are frustrating but the finished product was great.Communication re times,dates arrival of workers could be improved. Professional workmen performed well.
