I got different quotes from different HVAC companies from $600 to $800, but I found High Efficiency Cooling & Heating Inc and contacted them. They gave me different quotes with 3 options for possible situations. It ended up that I only paid less than $400. I found Jason the technician is very honest and doesn't try to trick me. I am glad to find a company that I can trust.
