I live in a condo and our AC was not cooling. High Efficiency reached out as soon as I posted a service request, and they sent a technician my way within an hour! Diagnosis was quick. Serguei was friendly and knowledgable. He explained everything I needed to know and I received an estimate. The part needed for repair had to be ordered but somehow High Efficiency got a hold of one and repaired our AC the following day. From diagnosis to completion – 24hrs!
