Could not have asked for better sales service installation, answered all our questions to make sure we chose something we will love for years. we are very pleased we chose Kitchens by Crane

They promised a custom kitchen, delivered standard sizing and refused to come to site to see the work. Countertop installed was a different finish than what was ordered. Refused to come to site to see the work. This is a bait and switch operation and they don’t stand behind shoddy work. They made ridiculous claims that they couldn’t measure the full kitchen due to beams but the beams were the boundary of old kitchen. They didn’t want to provide custom cabinets but wanted to charge for them. Using Kitchens by Crane was the Worst decision ever made. Save yourself the grief and go elsewhere. They don’t return calls or emails once they get their money. It is why they force full payment up front. They didn’t even remove their garbage or clean what they installed. Shameful.
