Omri from Classic view had us hooked with his salesman tricks of giving us the feeling we are the only customers he cares about. He built our house in 3 months during that time we rented (full market price) Omri's basement apartment. with in Omri moved us in with a lot of finishing work to be done. The payment schedule was over and thus the company's attention... It took more than 5 months of unprofessional and below standard work with weeks in between of workers showing up . Six months after we moved in we found out we don't have a certification of occupancy from the city! Basically we are not suppose to be living in the house!!!!
Contructor damaged neighbor's wall promising to fix it promply, a year past and the wall is still damaged.
Classic view had a great to build our house but not to finish it! We are left with two page list of work you are not expected to do when you move into a renovated house and to finish a house inspection so we can be legally living in our house. Contractor thinks his time is better spent working than meeting and communicating with his clients.
He invited client to see the house in the first 3 months but no prospective client came to see the house after we moved in. they missed the finishing stage...
Classic view says the house is "completely done"! But final Inspection was never completed. I invite any prospective clients to contact me and come see the "amazing" finishing work they have done.
Classic view had no response for BBB and for the past 4 month been saying we will be sued us for the remaining balance. they have placed a lien in false pretenses on our property. Beware! If you are using them already, have a penelty close in the contract, get everything (including gifts...) in writing! Don't trust them! Business is business! Be smart

We were contracted by the Gahiri family to enlarge their house by about 1900 sf. For$200,000 plus tax. Including four bedrooms all new ducts new plumbing new insulation new wiring three electrical panels two bay windows water main upgrade for $100 sf construction. 30-40% below market price. In completion Mr Gahiri call the real estate agent to appraise this house for $980,000 after moving in. Original appraisal was $500,000. this is 100% money back on investment in three months. Please contact Gahiri for viewing and be impressed with your own eyes. Recommended! This customer lived in my house during construction. They told everyone they know how happy they were with our construction. The finishing was so good we have had additional two jobs coming from this house. We are deeply sorry they seem to have over spent on their budget. They still owe us a large amount of money on this job and we have been forced to take certain measures to try to recover it. We had a good relationship with them and it is too bad that they didn't pay us and things have gone this way.
