Window & Gutter Cleaning review in

We contracted with this company to clean our Hunter Douglas shades. The Sillouettes came back fine; however, two of the Pirouettes were damaged. We contacted the company to seek resolution, but never received a response. If you deal with this company, be forewarned that we found customer service follow-up to be non-existent, and we were on our own when things went wrong. A very frustrating and truly disappointing encounter.
