Built a house with Shane homes

Not a great experience at all. The promises made were very misleading, they nickel and dime u for everything, fail to mention that the water heater that are electric are energy monsters even though they say its energy efficient, poor and not real available site superintendant, trying to get a straight answer and response in regards to an issue is virtually impossible. They are the used car salesmen of homes!
Stay away!
Use other builders.
Shane quality is poor I wish I would have done a bbb search, I would have never bought after reading the problems that Shane homes has!
