Used to enjoy the selection and advice but when I had a bad experience with my smoker there was no support. I purchases the masterbuilt(poorly built) smoker and had several problems including the inner thermometer failing and the fans not working due to switch malfunctions. When I spoke to the Manager they accused me of not cleaning the smoker even before asking how often I cleaned it, which was regularly. Nor was I offered a deal on a new smoker
I felt like I was at the used car lot and was surprised given that I bought my regular BBQ there and purchase charcoal there all the time. It's stuff like this that got me to order my next smoker from Traeger directly and use big box stores that put the customer first.
