Green Drop applied their first treatment in early May on a day that was snowing and the tracks showed one pass over the front lawn (two passes if you count the tracks leading back to the driveway - plus, they skipped the backyard). They said the aeration and over seeding would occur within a couple of weeks and nothing more was done for 2 months. I called them multiple times to find out when the aeration and over seeding was going to be done and they kept telling me "soon". After 2 months with no additional service, I decided this company was simply not reliable.
Paying someone to roll a spreader once across your lawn over snow is not what I call great lawn care. To be fair, the snow did melt by the end of the day.
They agreed to a refund, but it's been almost two weeks and there's no refund on my credit card yet. If it's anything like their lawn service, I guess I will have to keep calling them relentlessly until they finally decide to do something about it.
How does a company like this stay in business?!?
