Dishonest operation, and bad customer service
I had Green Drop service for last year, and I never request / order for service this year, because I have sold my place in April this year. However, I have just received an email from them today saying that my account is overdue??? I never received any invoice at all......now overdue?? I called their customer service, and the girl told me that the renewal is automatic, until I contact them to cancel the service, and invoice always at my front door (BUT I DON"T LIVE THERE ANYMORE).....
I asked her why without any notice, and she said they call and left a message, and email me?? but I NEVER RECEIVE ANYTHING AT ALL.
They said they did, and keep asking me to pay over the phone by my credit card. I asked her why I have to pay for the service that I never requested, and that’s not even my house anymore…
They said that’s their company policy, and I have no choice but pay now.
So, without any black-and-white (written document), and also I didn't make any request for the services.
I never recommend people use or deal with companies like this: Green Drop
That's undoubtedly a dishonesty.
