I am very frustrated with green drop this year. Work partially completed. Always have to call in. I tired of complaining. Would really like to speak with a manager or someone there who cares about customer service. Sure not getting it this year but that is probably because I am a second year customer and prepaid last fall. On 1st trip back yard was not fertilized. Had to call them. 2nd trip only aerated 2/3 of front lawn when I specifically stated full front yard and only my backyard. Now I wonder if they fertilized the full front yard. Can't tell since it was about 8 days ago and I have watered since then. Seems like they don't really care and I am not happy with the service at all. If there is a manager who would like to call me and discuss this comedy of errors I would love to hear from you. Let's see what happens. One thing for sure unless these concerns are corrected you can guarantee I won't be bragging you up and referring friends like I did last year.
