Signed up for this service in March, after using them for only part of the season last summer. I didn't hear a word from the company at all after signing up. I emailed them to inquire when to expect my service to start, as I had already seen other companies out in my neighborhood, and I was told that I would receive an email from a greenkeeper 24 hours prior to any work being done.
Today I get home to find my lawn fertilized along with my sidewalks, driveway, and the curb in front of my house. I am pretty sure that there is more fertilizer on the concrete around my lawn than on the lawn itself. I now have to go try to sweep it all up so I can avoid my dog getting it in his paws.
I called their phone number to ask why I hadn't been notified ahead of time, as well as to inquire about the aeration/over-seeding that was part of the package that I purchased. The customer service rep I spoke to sounded like a teenage girl who would rather be doing anything else besides speaking with me. She could not tell me why there had not been any contact, or give me any timeline as to when to expect the aeration and over-seeding to happen. All in all, not a very helpful, or reassuring experience.
So far I am not impressed with this company as it seems pretty disorganized and I am already regretting using them again instead of going with one of the other lawn care companies that was recommended to me.
