We had them do our pool reline this year. Communication was bit sparse.
They date of install was way later than we were told. If we had known we would have waited until next spring.
When they came out (to Lethbridge) the wrong parts were brought so they left and that set us back another chunk of time for instal.
They ordered water trucks to fill the pool so the liner could set. However, we didnt know that all the loads of water being ordered was NOT in the quote and we were going to have to flip the bill for it! Generally when you get a quote from what you think is a professional in their industry, you would assume they included everything needed to do the job. We certainly didnt appreciate the no reply and then being told that we had to pay the bill for water they ordered. VERY unprofessional and disappointing.
