Water Pump installation and Some General maintenance

He replaced a water pump. When the pump turned on the connection burst because the valve wasn't properly set up. Water everywhere! My basement flooded!! This happened after he left so it seems he didn't even check his work before leaving. He did install a faucet properly but that seems to be the extent of his expertise.
Poor quality, high price. He did show up on time, credit for that
