Horrible move, no attention to detail or the needs of the customer. NEVER AGAIN. Items "lost" or simply voided without our confirmation. Refused to discuss rationally instead screamed and made false accusations. Thankfully it's over with.

We have no idea who this is. Hard to contact someone when you are signing in as private user. We have had no problems as this is being described. We take these allegations serious, please contact us immediately so that we may rectify this situation.
