My old 10 year old PC died and I needed help! I call numbers in the phone book and received a call back from Randy. He advised me over the phone on how I could get the old PC up and running which was successful. But given the age and the problems I’ve had with the PC he said I may want to get a new one. He advised where I could get a good PC and the recommended additional hardware and assisted with my purchase. And then set it all up! Cost very reasonable. $700 for hardware and his fees of under $400 to transfer all my files, data and set up security. Never worked so well!
