Fence not even along bottom. Workers threw clay from post holes in per rental flower bed destroying established plants. Jay said he would fix this but never ever bothered to show up to do so.

Work on a new 165 foot fence at the back of our property was very quick and efficient, and the quality of the finished product is first rate. This is the second project completed by Jay Fencing on our property (major deck renovation the previous year), and we`re very pleased with the results. Kelly Daly coordinated both of our projects, and the work crews were excellent in both cases.

They provided a quote promptly, along with several options on types of fences. The work proceeded very quickly. The quality is great and they left the site in a neat manner. Overall, very pleased with the result.

Several years ago, we hired Jay Fencing to do our property fences as we were putting in a pool the year after. Our first clue that this would not be the best experience was when we advised them to put the fence along the property lines and they put it inside on both sides by six inches. Soon after, the sections of fencing started to pop off of the posts because the screws were too small. We were advised that these were standard screws that were put in but they replaced them anyway. After the pool was built, we tried to get a permit before using it and the inspector failed us because the fences were too high at the bottom in some places and too low at the top in some places. They knew that we needed it built to code for a pool. When we tried to have them fix this, Jay himself told me that it was not their fault and they would have nothing to do with this. We changed the height of over half of the wrought iron sections ourselves so that we could get our permit. On the plus side, the wood sections that they did for us were very good…no problems with that at all despite all of our problems with the wrought iron

They were all very professional and completed the whole project not only on time, but a day early. I have already recommended them to a friend, who is going to have them start on his fence next week!

After waiting for weeks I finally came across an internet ad from Jays Fencing. I sent an email requesting a quote - they were back to us immediately. Set it all up by email - Hector came when he was suppose and did the quote right on the spot. Its a month since the first guy came out to quote ..... we are still waiting for that quote. Thanks Jay Fencing - I'm hoping they deliver the rest of the job like they did quoting the job. Giving them a high rating for service so far.

we were new to the area and we hired Jay Fencing to install wrought iron fencing in various areas of our yard and also an electronic driveway gate. wanted money paid in full before completion which i found strange since we had already paid them a very large deposit. The contract said that they guaranteed the work for two years. less than a year later we called because the fence is not installed correctly and is not level at all. jay himself came over and screamed at us and they never returned any further calls. we now have to re-install the posts correctly on our own. fortunately my husband is a long time contractor so we have been able to figure it out ourselves with some help from other local tradesmen that we have since met so we will be ok. apparently Jay fencing has a bad reputation among many local contractors but we did not know this and they seemed to be the only company in town.

We needed a fence between us and our neighbours; I contacted and got quotes from several fencing companies. We went with Jay Fencing because Kelly was competent, answered all my questions and what he didn't know he found out right away. The crew came in one day to put in the fence posts; they were punctual, worked hard and cleaned up after themselves. Within the week after the posts had set the other crew came in to put up the fence. Those guys worked so hard and did a beautiful job! It turned out so much better than I had imagined. I cannot recommend Jay Fencing highly enough; Kelly and the crew were just a joy to have working for us, they did an amazing job and I would not hesitate to advise anyone to take their business there.
