Counter top purchase through IKEA
Olly, please accept my apology for the delay in your counter top order. The notation on the paperwork from Ikea that the order was ready for measure was overlooked by our staff. It is rare that an order from Ikea is already installed when received by PF Custom Countertops. I am following up on the order and will do all we can to expedite the fabrication and installation so you will have a functional kitchen as soon as possible. I'm sorry you have had a bad experience with PF Custom Countertops. Please contact John at 780-484-0831 to discuss your situation so we can resolve it for you. You purchased a product with a 15 year warranty which LG should be honoring. I will investigate the matter personally so we can come to a satisfactory resolution.
