Terrible customer service, they did not insulate our attic, and it took them 4-5 months to figure it out, They owe us for our hydro bills during this time. We are now past our year, and they have not reimbursed us. The paint job is terrible, our floor is sinking, and our deck is not up to code. Despite constant promises to send out repair men, we have yet to see them. This company does not follow up with you, has a revolving staff, and dodges calls. The only person I would recommend GreenTree to is my worst enemy.
