In December my 8 year old Samsung Refrigerator was freezing all the food.
Called a technician from Crawford in December 2023 to diagnose it.
He came in right away told us he would go to the office and let us know what the issue was because he really did not have a clue.
We paid the $100 dollars. It is now February and we have not heard from him. I called the company several times and asked for a refund and I have not heard from them. We still have no fridge that is working.
