I initially had a little trouble with the purchase of a power head for my central vacuum system, but once senior management got involved everything was sorted out.

Be cautious of what the sales people are telling you and verify the information and you should have no issues dealing with Vacuum Specialists.

Dealing with senior management was a great experience.

Dishonest Business Practices - Steer Clear

Vacuum Sales & Service review in Calgary

Greg, the manager, sold me a power head for my central vacuum system and told me I could return it if I am not happy with it. When I went to return it three weeks after purchasing it, he told me I would be hit with a 30% restocking charge. If he had been honest with me when he was taking my money I would not have made the purchase.

I have purchased three complete vacuum systems over the years and this is how Vacuum Specialists rewarded my loyalty. If you want honest and fair treatment I would steer clear of this business.
