My husband and I had for many years debated on how we would improve the outside of our house which had been modified from its original style back in the 80"s. The brick work was dated so we had it changed to stucco and had extensive landscaping done which included new front stairs and resurfacing of the porch. With all this going on there was something missing. A visit to Dufferin Iron and Railings showroom showed us how the right railings could make or break the project. With the help of Dennis we were able to design just the right railings to dress up and complete our project. We also had a number of gates made in different sizes to close off our backyard to secure it for our next project the hot tub. With the introduction of the Blue and Grey Bins, living in downtown Toronto we have limited clearance and were unable to put our bins anywhere else but at the front of the house which just did not work with our new look, so leaving the design up to Dennis we asked him to make us an enclosure that would keep the bins partially hidden but still allow us easy access to deposit waste or to move the bins to the curb on pick up day. He created a functional and decorative piece which we have received many complements on. We are extremely happy with the work we had done by Dufferin Iron and Railing and our experience in dealing with the staff was always pleasant. I would highly recommend them for your railing needs, keeping in mind that they are able to do so much more with there product.

After 22 years in our house, Maria and I decided it needed a new porch, and our contractor, Dave Krafchik of Custom Stonescapes, suggested we contact Dufferin Iron & Railings to install the outdoor railing. We often have different ideas on design but when we visited Dufferin's showroom, we were able to reach agreement very quickly thanks to Oliver's facilitation skills. He clearly knew the topic inside out and the fact that we both had complete confidence in his abilities was instrumental in reaching a decision. The installation went smoothly and we now have fabulous railings to complement a fabulous porch. Great job, guys.

Oliver at Dufferin Iron and Railings came out twice to measure and to make sure of our order for our Juliet balcony. Oliver made some suggestions that actually saved us money.
John and his team arrived at the specified time on the specified date. The balcony fit perfectly and they installed it quickly and efficiently. They even touched up the paint (as I discovered when I admired their handiwork.)
