The Rep for Reitzel was very prompt with initial response.
The meeting for quotation was on time, very thorough and addressed all our requirements.
On day of job the crew introduced themselves, went over the "game plan" and started on time.
They were all very courteous, answered any questions we asked and when finished they cleaned the work area so we would not have known they were there.
Needless to say we are very happy with Reitzel Insulation Co. and would not hesitate to recommend the Price, People and the Workmanship.

After adding lighting in our kitchen ceiling, we new we needed to upgrade our insulation as it was disturbed and never was much there to start with. Reitzel's got me in early as I was on a call list. The installers were very professional and explained the entire operation. When they finished they left the house in great shape. This is the second job Reitzel's has done for me and if required they will be brought back again. Great people to work with.

Reitzel recently completed the addition of attic insulation, bringing our insulation levels up to current code. The team was very courteous, and took great care in the house both during and after the installation. Their work was very well done. A great experience overall.

We were very pleased with the process involved in getting out attic insulated. Bob who came to estimate the cost sure knows his stuff and answered all of our many questions, adding a few tips as well.
The installers worked quickly and efficiently with Covid restrictions, and explained everything before they left. Having a rebate from Enbridge was a bonus we never thought of but certainly welcomed.
I would recommend Reitzel as the go to company for any insulation projects.

Excellent service, quote was provided quickly and a second visit was completed to ensure the right product was proposed. We had a large addition completed with blown insulation, as well as old insulation above existing house removed and replaced with spray foam for the vapour barrier and topped off with blown insulation. In all Reitzels crews were at our house 4 times and every crew was professional and courteous. Followed COVID safety protocol and left their work access area cleaner than when they arrived. I am delighted with the work done by the crew at Reitzel Insulation. I am new to the area and so didn't know any local contractors and had to depend on online reviews when getting my attic insulated (it was almost without any insulation!). I am glad I did! The experience was great from start to finish - from the original quote, to scheduling to the crew coming and doing the work. They were professional, took all the appropriate COVID19 precautions, were pleasant and cleaned up afterwards. They were a pleasure to have in my home and did a great job.
