Thank you to Alberta Hardwood Flooring, for saving my floors! I initially contracted with a company, who apparently had 15 years of experience,to refinish my hardwood floors (dustless sanding). It was a bad experience from the beginning! This contractor started late, equipment was continuously breaking down, workers only worked 2-3 hours a day, incorrect advise on staining options and the dust was horrendous. Besides been upset about this contractors work ethic I had serious concerns on the actual quality of work. I contacted Mike Smith at Alberta Hardwood and he agreed to inspect my floors. Mike not only confirmed my concerns but also pointed out many additional errors! I hired Alberta Hardwood to repair the damage and finish off my floors. Alberta hardwoods service was impeccable ! They started & completed my project on time, they always left my home neat & tidy, the dust was minimal and they provided professional advise on the appropriate staining options.
